12 Days Of Kiwi Christmas

 We were learning about what kiwis do for christmas and then we had to make a song (Carol,) because Team Toroa was having christmas rotations and we were curious about what kiwis do for christmas.

I found deciding what to put in our slide deck otherwise known as our song was really challenging because we had to find the right background for the slide deck.

I found writing the song easy because we just had to do a little bit of tweaks to the first slide of previous slide.

I will make the backgrounds more high quality next time or I will try my best.

My Day Poem.

 I was making a poem towards how my day went because I thought I was getting good at making poems and another reason why is because I am trying to make it to twenty-five posts because I had made the badge along with some other students.

I enjoyed finding peaceful drawings of the sunset, ect because I was not in a rush because I am at my own home making this post and I wrote the poem at home.

I found not that much things hard because I had practised poems and stems.

I found everything easy because I was in no rush and loved writing and designing my poem.

One Moment In Time.

We were learning about how to write about a single moment in time because we found an interesting video about a hawk hunting a squirrel and we thought we could write about it.

I enjoyed making a long rhyming poem about the chase because there were alot of memes that were related to the video.

I found finding a png image for the squirrel and hawk quite challenging because not that many images were the ones the I liked but I ended up get two good photos for my presentation.

I found easy making the poem rhyme because of my previous post on my blog.

What Does X-mas Mean To Me?

 I was learning to write a top 10 worthy piece of writing for competitions or future references.

I found easy polylining some things in my first slide and finding a background.

I found challenging making the writing rhyme

Next time I will make my poem more longer.

Guy Fawkes Acrostic Poem

 We were learning about how to create Acrostic poems about Guy Fawkes or something that relates to the fiery lights that blast into the air, the reason we done this is because it had just been past a celebration and we wanted to have fun!

I had fun trying my hardest to make the poem rhyme but in ended in me just rhyming two lines in a row and also loved our teachers pulling out sparklers to give us an idea if we didn't celebrate Guy Fawkes.

It was also very hard to find out what was the portrait width and length and deciding what word should I use.

I realized that it was much easier to fit the font and size to the appropriate size to fit the page.

I will try my best on improving my rhyming skills so my poem will sound more interesting.

Deep Fakes And Phishing

We were learning about scams or social engineering because when we grow up we will know how to avoid scams for our personal information.

I found it easy to make up a story to try trick others into thinking that I went on a family holiday for a picnic.

I found it challenging to shade myself into the picture and get myself a shadow because I had very limited tools.

I enjoyed posing for the picture

Maori Colors And Shapes

 I was learning about the colors in maori because Mrs Barker wants to refresh our brain of maori knowledge.

I found it easy to create my character using polyline because I used the camera to look at my face.

I found it hard to memorise the colors because I have not heard the maori colors in years.

Next time I will get my mahi done quickly because I was meant to finish a long time ago

Recount Ideas.

Reminding What Makes A Good Recount Because There Is A Upcoming Writing Sample In Week 4.

I Found It Easy To Write My And Zane's Ideas On To The Blog Sheet.

I Found It Hard To Get The Ideas Because Whenever I Need A Specific Piece of Knowledge I Can't Seem To Find The Piece.

Next Time I Will Make Sure I Remember So Many Things That I Can't Decide Which One To Use.

We were learning about persuasive writing I was really interested in the topic we were writing about because their were a lot of opinions on the topic (Is The Environment Our Responsibility?)

The digital learning object i've chosen to create a google slide because it is a lot more easier to put each paragraph into a individual  slide.

I enjoyed this learning because it was a interesting topic.

one thing I would like to learn next about the total of rubbish in the world is.

A question I still have to learn about is how was plastic first made?

Favorite Time Of Day

 We were learning about poems and short but detailed writing.

I found it easy to find the images and background color

I found it challenging to make some of the words rhyme.

Next time I will try detail the words a bit more.

The girl got super bored and she did exactly what the man told her not to do. Two days passed by. She went on a taxi the car wasn't moving. The driver had his head on the steering wheel with a knife in his back she biked to her nans. And her Nan offered a salad. It was taking ages and so she took a look and her eyeballs were in the salad

We choose black we brought it and left .

We started to drive to Auckland in my dad's car.We left we stopped at a bakery to get some food and we went to get some gas and then we left to Auckland. My sister got a little bit sick. and we didn't have any plastic bags so we stopped at a river and we skimmed rocks with my uncle, his name is troy. He fell into the river…”Yay!” I shouted with excitement and glee we zoomed all the way to Hillsborough and then...We got there and my sister was excited. but she was afraid of a big German shepherd.So my dad goes out first and he opens the door. “Ahhhhhh!” we yelled when we were running to the door we quickly went up the steps and trying to open the door I yelled “Dad!”
